Need-Based Scholarship Application Form

Through our focus on Equity, Access & Belonging, the Trust provides need-based scholarships and funding to eliminate financial barriers for student participation in school trips, activities, and enrichment programs.

The applicant must attest to the financial need of the need-based scholarship awardee(s). The Trust performs no independent investigation or verification of need. Awardee names are to be withheld to protect the privacy and dignity of the awardees and their families.

Please note that per our policy, all Harvard Schools Trust Grant checks will be made payable directly to the Harvard Public Schools as a gift to the district, intended specifically for the project described below.
