Grant Application Short Form

This Short Form application is intended for grant requests of $500 or less. The standard Grant Application Form must be used if request is:

for more than $500, or
for "seed money" to start a program that will be ongoing, or
for purchase of technology which will be integrated with existing technology

Please note that per our policy, all Harvard Schools Trust Grant checks will be made payable directly to the Harvard Public Schools as a gift to the district, intended specifically for the project described below.
